Army offers another fine Florida lineman

Army scored a big recruiting coup in February when they convinced Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln lineman Trevin Huff to switch his commitment to Bethune-Cookman and came to West Point. Now the Army staff is after another Lincoln product in Dakota Deyent, a 6-foot-4, 295-pound offensive lineman, who they offered last month.

"Coach (Clarence) Holmes, Coach Shakir, my head coach, and my friend, Trevin, talked together in the coach's office for close to thirty minutes," said Dakota Deyent. "He mostly talked to me about the academics [at West Point] and told me I had an offer.
