OFFENSE

Raymond Maples, Slotback

Maples, a junior from Philadelphia, Pa., ran for 159 yards on 23 carries. His 23-yard first quarter run gave the Black Knights an early 7-0 lead in the game. Maples now has 1,433 career rushing yards.
DEFENSE

Geoffery Bacon, Linebacker

Bacon, a sophomore from Milwaukee, Wis., led Army in tackles with 9 including 7 solo stops. Most of Bacon's tackles were after short Northern Illinois gains. In the third quarter with NIU facing a third-and-3 situation, Bacon stopped Akeem Daniels for a 2-yard gain which forced the only Huskie punt of the game. Bacon now has 69 tackles in his Army career.
UNSUNG HERO

Frank Allen, Offensive Guard
