ArmySports.com Players of the Week

The Army Black Knights dropped a road game at Wake Forest on Saturday. After each game ArmySports.com names an offensive and defensive player of the week. We also name an unsung hero of the week. Look inside to see who gets the honors this week.

OFFENSE

Trent Steelman, quarterback

Steelman, a senior from Bowling Green, Ky., finished the game with 82 yards rushing for three touchdowns and completed 3-of-4 passes for 77 yards and a touchdown. In his career Steelman now has rushed for 2,273 and 33 touchdowns and passed for 2,191 yards and 19 scores.

DEFENSE

Brandon Fusilier-Jeffires, safety

Fusilier-Jeffires, a sophomore from Houston, Texas, finished the game with 15 tackles including 10 solos in his first start as a Black Knight. Fusilier-Jeffires now has 24 tackles on the season including 17 solo stops.

UNSUNG HERO

Stephen Fraser, return man

Fraser, a sophomore from Tucson, Ariz., had two nice kickoff returns during the game including one for 37 yards and another for 33 yards.
